Her general understanding and knowledge of the construction industry, architectural plans and trades has been most helpful in working with our Contracts Manager and ensuring a good outcome at the building stage. An example of this has been in the situation with regard to window treatments where curtain track and electrical wiring have been installed prior to the final ceiling finish to ensure an excellent visual outcome and a a seamless result for us. Kate has an excellent understanding of the use of colour and textures and a thorough knowledge of contemporary themes and traditional styles.
